The issues I had were that on several paperwork items he missed important items: - On original contract the sellers had made a change to 1st page he missed - Did not have us sign on 1st page - On our request for repairs he had set it up for us to sign not only our request, but also esign agreeing to sellers response before we had seen it (equivalent of a blank check) - We didn't see the sellers statement on any issues with property until well beyond the timeline for us to do anything. (there were no issues lucky for us).
